As your sent picture is a key to success of that art, we would suggest you to send the picture to us prior to get a confirmation on the order. You will be informed about the posibillity of printing within 24hrs. The order can smoothly be placed after. The piece will be printed by our studio made pen plotter. A plotter is a machine that moves pen's onto paper. The plotting process leads to a unique outcome that may look unperfect but that's the beauty of it, each print is unique. 1. You place an order for the portrait
2. You answer the order confirmation email and send 2/3 pictures you have selected. Please make sure the images sent are of good quality to ensure good result.
4. We run it through our process and send you a sample through email
5. You can validate the design or ask for a minimal change
6. Once approved, the art is made by our plotter and shipped to you

We wrap the art piece in a protected cardboard sleeve before shipping. Order is usually shipped within 3-4days after approval of sample image. Shipping charges are included in the price.
