There are many different types of lights that you can use to help create a certain atmosphere for yourself. These lights can range from incandescent bulbs to LED bulbs, CFL bulbs, and fluorescent bulbs. Each type of bulb gives off a different colour spectrum, and each colour spectrum affects us differently.

The blue spectrum is known to cause depression, while red causes anger and aggression. Blue spectrum lights are best suited for relaxation and meditation, whereas red spectrum lights are best for getting things done. So, if you’re looking to relax, try using a blue spectrum lightbulb, but if you want to get things done, go ahead and turn on some red spectrum bulbs.
